Mitchell Ramsden Financial Services Limited is a company formed to provide independant financial advice. The Company is jointly owned by the Partners of Mitchell Ramsden and David Perkins, who has worked in Financial Services for many years. The Company is regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

We offer clients the option of paying fees or allowing us to retain an agreed amount of any commission arising.

As a matter of policy, we do not take the maximum initial commission. We either rebate part into the relevant product, or defer the commission on to renewals, thus ensuring that the provision of continuing Financial Advice is self-financing.

We would also stress that, apart from legislative changes etc., we do not send unsolicited mail to clients.
